Studio Grillo Zappia is a boutique law firm that, for over fifty years, has been a recognised leader in the fields of banking, corporate, bankruptcy and civil litigation.
Its aim is to assist Banking Institutions, Financial Intermediation Vehicle Companies, Investment Funds, Companies, Public and Private Entities in credit servicing, litigation and insolvency litigation.
The Firm was established in Reggio Calabria, the birthplace of its founder, Gerolamo Carlo Grillo Zappia, in 1967, extending its expertise throughout Italy.
Today Reggio Calabria is still home to the firm's historic headquarters.
In 2012, Giuseppe Pierfelice Grillo Zappia founded the new office in Rome, currently a central and constantly expanding hub.
The Firm boasts about twenty competent, concrete and flexible Professionals who are always at the Client's complete disposal and is organised as a Legal Firm aimed at being a protagonist in the national legal scene.

“Grillo Zappia” boasts twenty Professionals including Partners, Senior Associates, Junior Associates, Trainees, Paralegal and Staff.
The organization is modern and dynamic, based on the autonomy of the individual and, at the same time, on the division into Teams in constant coordination with each other.
There are currently four Teams, one dedicated to carrying out due diligence for the acquisition and/or securitization of bank loans (lately also extended to the opening activity), another for the outsourcing management of non-performing loans, further specialized in banking litigation and credit recovery, and lastly dedicated exclusively to assistance in civil litigation .
The firm, although a boutique, is able to manage very large numbers, making it always competitive on the national Market .
It constantly collaborates with the main Italian Universities to carry out internships for undergraduate and graduate students for the payment of training credits.
