Qualified to practice as a lawyer in 2003, since 2005 he has been registered as a member of the Supreme Court of Cassation. He has been providing his specialist consultancy to the firm since 2010.
Specialized in banking law with particular aptitude in the management of executive and insolvency procedures and banking and bankruptcy litigation.
Since 2006 he has been a consultant at the Legal Affairs Office - Litigation Department of one of the main operators and leaders in Southern Europe and active in 5 countries (Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus) which carries out its activity in the field of Credit and Real Estate Management for Banks and investors and which offers its customers management services for portfolios of non-performing loans (NPL), loans with unlikely to pay (UTP), expired loans (early arrears ) and in-performing loans (leasing).
It is responsible for carrying out all the obligations related to the management of Legal Affairs - Litigation Department, examination of regulatory provisions and jurisprudential updates, management of civil and criminal litigation, preparation of legal opinions for Management and NPL Sector, modifications and/or updates of contracts, resolution of civil and criminal legal issues, management of ABF litigation and former member of the Anti-Money Laundering Office.
